– Tentative LIVE yoga gathering in Houston, TX on Feb 5 and 6 benefitting Houston Area Women’s Center

You can do the movement at your local movement studio or online, the meditation online or in your own time, and a daily reading. 

Together, these daily practices engage us deeply in the work of cultivating our garden: mind, body and spirit. When our garden is blooming, the fruits of our labor extend to our community: our family, our friends, our neighbors, our communities, so that we can show up and serve from a cup that runs over.   

As a bonus, for Houston and Texas-based folks, we will be having two classes in Houston on February 5 and 6^th at the former YogaOne space in Heights (519 W. 19^th Street) that are donation-based (100% of the proceeds go to benefit Houston Area Women’s Center. Our goal is to raise at least $2000 for HAWC from these classes. The location is tentative.)* 

*Houston class COVID measures: Please only attend if you have no symptoms of sickness and (i) have been fully vaccinated, (ii) have recovered from COVID in the last three months or (iii) have received a negative COVID test within 24 hours of attendance. This is an honor system and, as we are in community, we expect you will only attend if you meet the guidelines above. Masks are optional and recommended if you are not fully vaccinated and have a booster shot. Class space will be limited for adequate spacing.
