Yoga is all about relationships. Your relationship to yourself, to your creator, to the earth and the cosmos and to one another. It is said that our relationships are divine assignments to help us learn, grow and evolve. There is no more advanced yoga than working on and in relationship with another human.
In this course, you will do the work of examining your closest relationships (intimate, familial, friendships and working) from a yogic perspective with an eye toward your own progress and growth. How can we transform, grow and improve our relationships with one another so that they become a vehicle for healing, support, love and understanding?
Roger and Albina lead this offering drawing upon perspectives and tools from their own 20 year relationship that continues to evolve, grow and thrive. You will come away with tools to better understand, work with and thrive in, your own relationships.
This course qualifies as an elective for 10 hrs under Rippy Yoga 300-Hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
It will take place “live” via zoom. Once you register for the course, you will receive an email with the zoom call information. Please check your promo and junk inbox for the instructional email.

“I have benefited so much from Roger and Albina’s authenticity, vulnerability, and knowledge. My yoga practice has improved. My understanding of my own body and mind has deepened. My perspective has expanded.
I came to this Yoga Teacher Training riddled with anxiety about my future and the future of the world as I watched Covid19 tear across the globe.
Albina and Roger’s focus on personal growth has helped learn how to see possibility where I once only saw hopelessness.”

“Finally, my life and the Universe collaborated to get me into teacher training with Albina and Roger.
Going into TT I had said even if they have me wear a blindfold to class each day, I will do it because their teachings go beyond the physical- they teach to the soul.
Both Roger and Albina approach every lesson with a practical application and connect it to the depths of your inner being and to the collective. It’s like really tasting the sweetness of a berry for the first time.
Anyone on the fence, I would say sign up. Sign up for everything you can. You will not regret it.”
