Why Your Current State of Being Is Creating Your Current Life
By Albina Rippy, Austin TX Realtor and Yoga and Meditation Guide
If you are honest with yourself, your life right now is a reflection of who you have been being.
Not just what you’ve been doing.
But what you’ve been thinking.
What you’ve been feeling.
What you’ve been identifying with.
Most people try to change their life by changing their actions.
They work harder.
They hustle more.
They try to “figure it out.”
But if your internal state stays the same, your external results will eventually return to the same patterns.
This is where yoga and meditation become powerful tools for manifestation.
Because they don’t just change what you do.
They change who you are.
The Identity Loop Most People Are Stuck In
Your body is incredibly intelligent.
Over time, it memorizes emotions.
Stress becomes familiar.
Worry becomes normal.
Scarcity becomes your baseline.
And without realizing it, your body begins to crave those emotions.
So even when you want something new, your system pulls you back into what feels familiar.
This is why people say they want change… but keep recreating the same results.
From a neuroscience perspective, this is a feedback loop between your thoughts and your emotions.
Your thoughts create feelings.
Your feelings reinforce those same thoughts.
And that loop becomes your identity.
Yoga Interrupts the Pattern
When you step onto your mat, something begins to shift.
You are no longer reacting to life.
You are intentionally entering your body.
Through breath and movement, you regulate your nervous system.
Through awareness, you start to observe instead of react.
And slowly, something powerful happens.
You interrupt the loop.
The familiar emotional patterns begin to loosen.
Your body starts to feel something new.
Spacious.
Open.
Alive.
And in that moment, you are no longer your past.
Meditation Creates the Gap
After your body opens, meditation allows your mind to follow.
The thoughts do not disappear.
But your relationship to them changes.
You stop believing every thought.
You stop reacting to every impulse.
You begin to witness.
And in that witnessing, a gap appears.
That gap is everything.
Because in that space, you are no longer defined by your old identity.
You are available for a new one.
Becoming the Version of You Who Already Has It
Here is where manifestation becomes real.
You do not create your dream life by chasing it.
You create it by becoming the person who naturally lives it.
That version of you thinks differently.
Feels differently.
Moves differently.
Through yoga and meditation, you begin to embody that version now.
Not later. Not someday.
Now.
And as you do, your external life begins to reorganize around that new identity.
A New Way to Create Your Life
Living in Austin, Texas, I see so many high performers trying to force success.
Especially in real estate, business, and entrepreneurship.
But the clients I work with, and the life I’ve created myself, have shown me something different.
Alignment beats force.
Presence creates clarity.
Clarity creates aligned action.
Aligned action creates extraordinary results.
This is the real path to a life beyond your wildest dreams.
